Start-up Business Plan Writer Needed!

I am starting a new business CrimsonsFury's VR HotSpot which will feature rental of Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality experiences (gaming, travel, meditation, education, business, etc.). The idea is to obtain a location in Yakima, WA which is approximately 32,000 sq. ft. at $12.00 a sq. ft. place several different arena's from several different vendors, in addition to several booths for private party rentals, private rooms rentals for large events, a large lounge for all customers to gather and purchase prepackaged food, drinks, merchandise and discuss current and upcoming products. I would like the entire business plan to be unique in its design and integrate my business logo color / scheme. I want to appeal to every person as a potential customer since VR has applications that can accommodate every persons needs on some level. Each booth, room, arena, and lounge will have similar theming unique to the logo / business which is a play on the recent reopening of society after the pandemic / bio-hazard 2020 that swept our world. I want to develop relationships with local small businesses to sell their handmade pre-packaged merchandise as well as run promotions for local businesses at our location. I want to encourage local businesses and students to explore the various options available with training, education, hands on experience, and all with 100% of their undivided attention focused on the task at hand using new and exciting experiences. I want to encourage those that are handicapped, aged, or otherwise has special needs to utilize the many experimental / entertainment / therapies that are available to encourage positive integration into society. I want to appeal to rich and poor as this is a perfect way to meet your local community and experience 2021 in your new CrimsonsFury's VR HotSpot!
