Staffing Agency Launch

I'm in the process of expanding a staffing agency from Utah to Ohio, and I'm seeking a professional with substantial experience in this industry to assist me. The agency will primarily focus on temporary staffing in the light industrial and warehouse sectors.

We are planning to hire employees under a W2 form and contractors under a 1099 form. We need someone familiar with the requirements that we would need to set up a proper staffing agency in the state of Ohio. I am referring to and not limited to:

Workers comp, unemployment insurance, business license, business insurance, business plan, etc..

Create a plan to stay in compliance with the state regulations and with hiring contractors without any issues, as well as employment laws and e-verify requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Market research to identify potential clients in these sectors
- Developing a business plan and operational strategy
- Setting up the necessary infrastructure for the agency
- Assistance in the initial phase of client acquisition

The ideal freelancer for this project would have:
- Prior experience in the staffing industry
- Understanding of the light industrial and warehouse sectors
- Skills in business development and client acquisition
- Ability to deliver a comprehensive operational plan
