Specialized Operations and Logistical business plan

Hi all! I am looking for someone specializing in logistics and production operations planning to help me form a business plan for a game and toy company I would like to start up. I'm starting from scratch, and I'm focusing on product development for my company. I'm expecting this project to have a mid-term duration (not more than 6 months) as I will need forms, details within timetables, procedures for how operations should run, lists of B2B connections for where to source manufacturing or other core needs of my business, and I need these recorded as infographics and/or as a handbook, both where appropriate. Some of these details can be picky: "first this, then that"".
Please note: I need someone willing to use the Liveplan business planning software by Palo Alto Software. Also, users of either Zoom or Discord would be a plus because I would like to have routine meetings in some manner.
