Solid Business Plan for new E-Commerce Busines

We are in the early stages of launching entertainment products (glow paints, 3D paper masks, glow pigments etc.). We are looking for an experienced freelancer who can create us a very solid business plan. We are aiming to use it to introduce our store to government entities and secure a deal. We also will use this business plan to present our ideas to possible investors for them to trust us.
