Small Manufacturing Company Workforce Plan

As the owner of a small manufacturing business Chase Surface Engineering with less than 5 employees, I'm looking to develop and implement a workforce plan. The primary objective of this project is to improve productivity in order to maximize the performance and efficiency of my team.
The freelancer I need:
- Should have significant experience in drafting workforce plans for small companies, preferably within the manufacturing sector
- Must demonstrate sharp analytical skills to effectively assess our current operation so as to make actionable recommendations
- Understanding of productivity improvement strategies is crucial
- Proven track record in delivering practical and effective plans that can be seamlessly implemented
- Ability to coach on implementation of the plan post-development would be an added advantage.
