We are a family-run packing/de-cluttering business seeking a Six Sigma expert to overhaul our workflow, to professionalise our business and set up our business for future growth or eventual sale. Currently, our process is partially automated and we recognize significant scope for improvement in the following areas:

- Reducing time inefficiencies due to considerable double or triple handling,
- Relieving our overly centralized ownership where the owner currently controls and executes a majority of the business operations,
- Increasing the owner's comfort level with IT systems to improve overall functionality
- Recommending the best IT systems to achieve efficient, consistent and reliable service that is less dependent on the owner.

The successful freelancer will have a strong background in Six Sigma, with demonstrated experience setting up efficient processes and a solid understanding of IT systems. Familiarity with small business dynamics and managing multiple unique projects with a contract workforce is crucial. Your key deliverables will be a streamlined, efficient business operation that is not dependent on a single person, paving the way for growth and scalability.
