Setup of Solar Farm in Africa

I am looking for a full turnkey solution to help set up a solar farm in South Africa with a capacity of greater than 10MW. I have an idea of a region in mind, however I am open to suggestions should you think another place would be more suitable for the project. I am in need of a complete turnkey solution that encompasses consulting and design as well as installation and maintenance of the system. Thanks for considering my project.
