Serve as director for my non profit

I am looking for someone to serve as a director for my non profit organization, which is focused on healthcare. The director role will be on a consultant basis and will be responsible for strategic planning. We need a person with a background in business, healthcare and/or non-profits who is able to guide the organization's activities with their strategic planning skills. The director should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role will mostly consist of 1 annual meeting via Teams.
