Sell and buying business

I am seeking an experienced business strategist and web developer to assist me in creating an online platform dedicated to buying and selling startups.

While I have a vision of what I want, I am inexperienced in the practicalities of setup and execution. Therefore, I'll need assistance ranging from business planning, strategy, market research, to web design, and development.

Ideal Skills and Experiences:
- Proven experience in strategic planning and business setup
- Previous involvement in market research and analysis
- Solid background in website design, UI/UX, and development
- Preferably, experience in setting up online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms

Additionally, while not mandatory, understanding of legal and financial aspects such as incorporation, financial planning, budgeting, and taxation would be advantageous.

Please note that I am not specifically looking for previous work samples or detailed project proposals but experienced individuals capable of steering this venture from conception to realization.
