I hope this message finds you well.. We are in Canada. I am the borrower of a $20,000 loan from a private lender in France. We have the loan documents including agreement with all terms and conditions. We have the loan insurance documents.. The total loan cost to us is $1,590.
We have decided to move forward and close this loan. We want to pay him the $1,590 for tax declaration and loan insurance. We do not want to pay him directly so we have agreed that we find a fiduciary agent or escrow agent in France who can pay for us. We will send and deposit the $1,590 with you as our fiduciary agent or escrow agent in France. You will show and confirm to the lender that you have received the $1,590 from us. Once the lender confirms that we have paid the $1,590 to you he will transfer the $20,000 loan to our bank in Canada.. Once we receive the loan we will instruct you to send the $1,590 to the lender. So the loan deal will close.
We need your help because we do not know the lender very well. But we are happy he has agreed to send the loan to us before we pay the loan fees. We want this loan. We need this loan. Let me know how much we you will charge us for this service.
