Revise Strategy and Business Plan for IT company in Saudi Arabia

I am working on revising strategy and business plan for SME IT company in Saudi Arabia. The company has 10+ years history and outdated business plan. I have started revising the business plan where I have assessed current situation with SWOT analysis and analyzed market and competitors with initial enhancement plan.


There initial draft with most needed numbers and assumption that will be shared with selected talent and can be discussed over meeting ahead of final agreement. also numbers for past 5 years will be shared.

I need someone who has great experience in IT, IT strategy, research, business writing, financial forecast to work along me to do quick draft the business plan along high-level strategy within a week timeframe. The work will include drafting new business plan, high-level strategy, financial prediction and valuation, detailed execution plan, and roadmap for implementation.
