Revise Business Plan for Property Tech startup at Saudi
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am working on revising business plan for SAS property management solution for
Hotels and Hotel Apartments in Saudi Arabia. it is currently B2B model with good growth but not proper monetization. I have started revising the business plan where I have assessed current situation with detailed SWOT analysis nd analyzed competitors.
In order to grow, and stay competitive, the time has come to innovate and expand by launching ver 2.0 on the market which has Revamped B2B with innovative UI/UX and An easy-to-use B2C platform and Complete Eco-system for all needs and monetized opportunities such as B2C, digital ad, loyalty system, supply chain (amenities, catering, dry cleaning, etc), tour booking, etc.
There initial draft with most needed numbers and assumption that will be shared with selected talent and can be discussed over meeting ahead of final agreement. also numbers for past 10 years will be shared.
I need someone who has great experience with property teach, research, business writing, financial forecast, digital ad, loylaty system to work along me to do quick revision for the plan within a week timeframe. The work will include plan revision and enhancement, financial prediction and valuation, detailed execution plan, and roadmap for implementation.
