Key Components of the Project Include:
1. Business Model Development:
- Structuring a profitable and sustainable business model for both the retreat center and the spa.
- Integrating various wellness services such as Psilocybin therapy, yoga classes, meditation sessions, and spa treatments into the business plan.
2. Fundraising Strategy:
- Creating a well-thought-out fundraising plan detailing how prospective investors will share in the land and business.
- Formulating ownership structures that may include investors owning parcels of land or shares of the Pratyhara Institute.
