Property Management business plan with market research, forecasts, and financials

I am looking for experienced help in creating a comprehensive property management business plan. My target market is both residential and commercial properties, so the plan will need to address both markets. I do not yet have existing financials to incorporate into the plan, so the financial modelling and forecasting will need to be generated from scratch. Although I do not have timeline expectations for the project, I am open to suggestions on what would be best. The overall objective of the plan is to provide a clear strategy and actionable goals for launching and operating a successful property management business.
