Project Manager / Asana Expert / Project Planning
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I am writing a book on the life and music of a singer/musician from the Múcraí Gaeltacht aiming for publication Dec 2024. The project is multi-faceted: with a book/cds, tape and LP release planned. I need support with project management, organisation and administrative work/communications to support this project meeting the deadline.
A substantial amount of archival material (quotes, recordings, videos, photographs) and material from friends and family of this musician have been collected. As the editor and author of this book, I am assembling and arranging all the material to tell a story of this man's life, music and broader community and I need help. I have received the Arts Council or Ireland's Agility Award to help fund my continued research toward this publication.
Proficiency in Irish would be helpful but not mandatory.
Knowledge or interest in traditional Irish music helpful but not mandatory.
I particularly would like for someone to use 'backwards planning' to create deadlines for tasks to be finished in the various aspects of this project so the ultimate goal can be met.
