Presentation/proposal to apply for charity with registrar of charity board

The application attached below gives a breakdown of what has to be explained within the presentation. But it is outdated, and I have been told that we will have a better chance if we apply with a proper presentation. As long as all the necessary info is within the presentation. I have put together all the important info and would like to use it to create a creative and innovative proposal to present to them.
