We are a NY-based firm with offices in the Middle East with an extensive experience in investment banking specializing in:

- Tailored Business Plans
- Tailored Investor Memorandums/Pitch Decks
- Financial modeling (projections and valuation)

We mainly work with Startups and SMEs seeking fundraising (Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A, and Series B rounds) or M&A.

We are looking to work with a Business Development Executive on a commission-only basis with expertise in this area.

You will make the introductions to prospects, book a call, and we will close the deal.

This commission-only role pays 10% per closed deal as soon as we get the client's downpayment.

Prices are listed below:

- Business plan: US$300-500
- Pitch Deck/ Investor Memorandum (from a one-pager to 25 slides): US$300-2,000.
- Financial modeling with projections and valuation: $1,200-2,000
- Bundles at reduced prices are available depending on the project.
