Permits For Los Angeles Cafe Plan Check

Need someone who specializes in permits. I have a cafe and I have the layout but I need someone who can create plans I can submit to the City of Los Angeles, with help with revisions. I need someone who knows the process or been through it and can help me know what I need and what I need to change or add. I'd like to get approved quickly. 1010 Square Foot
