Organize & Streamline: Dive into our extensive Google Docs, discerning the critical information and organizing it for optimal efficiency.
Team Building: Collaborate in crafting roles and devising a recruitment plan to bring aboard the most suited team members, all while adhering to our budget constraints.
Tool Assessment: Aid in finalizing a suite of tools from an already-curated list, ensuring smooth communication and task delegation. You may also be tasked with introducing and evaluating potential new tools.
Launch Preparation: With an ambitious goal to launch by the end of November, your prowess will be essential in ensuring we stay on track and meet our milestones.
Business Structure & Licensing: Navigate the complexities of North American business licensing with a focus on minimizing our tax liabilities. Prior experience in USA and Canadian business structures will be a major advantage.
