Organic food business start and support

I'm looking to start an organic food business and need full support from start to finish. This includes anything from forming a business strategy to developing marketing materials, manufacturing and/or sourcing product, and helping to launch my business. I don't have a specific demographic or market identified yet, but I have a rough idea of who I want to target with my organic food products. I'm looking for someone who has extensive experience in organic food business startups to help me build a successful operations plan and provide guidance and advice as I start this business.
