One-Page Strategic Plan Template Creation

I'm in need of someone experienced in business strategy who can create an efficient, section-based layout for a 1-page strategic plan template. The main aim is to track our progress towards strategic goals effectively.
This one-page strategy should include:
* A Vision Statement
* A Mission Statement
* Up to 4 Values
* 5 Pillars
* 1 to 2 Goals under each pillar
* 2 to 3 Key Strategies under each goal (if this doesn't fit or look professional, happy to keep it at the level of goals)
* A dedicated space to add an image (can be a partial image)
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in business strategy development and template design, and have a deep understanding of Strategic Objectives and Key Performance Indicators. A strong attention to detail and layout organization is also a must for the success of this project.
