OISC Level 2 registration

I want to apply for OISC registration. I have passed Level 1 and 2 course. I want to work as a self employed from home. However, I can hire an office in future, if I need too.
For OISC registration I need a business plan, client care letter, client close letter and complaints procedure.
I have tied up with a visa consultancy in India who are happy to give me 40-50 or more clients annually. My role will be helping clients in their visas such as student visa, spouse visa, tourist visa, visitor visa and work permit.
Mainly I will be dealing students' visa and helping them in applying their visas around the globe. My primarily source of income will be the commission I will be getting from the universities when students get their visas and of course the filing fees.
