Nonprofit (Canada) Business Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are starting a nonprofit to help with living conditions in the Canadian North, where mostly indigenous people live without reliable access to clean water and in old homes full of mold and bad need of repairs. Overcrowding and lack of clean water is leading to health problems. The territory of Nunavut's average age is only 25 and it is a fast-growing population, but unemployment is 12%, so there is a great opportunity and a real need for help.
We are seeking someone to convert this into a great business plan that the government will approve and grant us registration as a Registered Charity. Specific rules for what the business plan must include can be found on the Canadian Revenue Agency website.
If the well written business plan is successful, there will be additional opportunities for grant writing and website development.
