Need some BCP/DR consultant who can help creating a BCP framework for the new practice that we are building

This requirement is not for a project. But we are building a BCP/DR practice within our organization for which we need to prepare a BCP framework that covers all aspects of Business continuity planning like creating BIA reports, Creating BCP plans, Creating runbook and developing DR strategies. Need help in creating PPT explaining steps to perform all BCP/BIA steps, tool recommendations, questionnaire template, artifacts etc. which can be used as a benchmark for any future assignments. Please note this requirement is for any external client who comes to us for any BCP/DRP needs for their organization. We will have some BIA/BCP experts in the future but right now we are planning to create a framework in form of some documents, artifacts etc.
