Modify a business plan to make it stellar

Hello. We had a business plan made by a freelancer. However, it is not stellar and we need someone with a bit more experience, to put effort into it and make it much better with also a bit more market research. So it would be to "enhance" the current business plan as you have something to work with.

We can go with fixed price or hourly, whichever you wish. Our company is a SaaS company with a variety of products and we have content writing as well as website to share with you. We also have an accountant that has provided the numbers for the current business plan and who can work with you.
