Hi, I want to open a production line in Doha Qatar, but I am not quite sure which product will provide the maximum profit, there are five products I am thinking about
1-Manhole cover, current local competitor: Qatar Technical Steel Fabrication
2- Welded Wire Mesh, current local competitor: Khalifa Steel industries
3- Fire Metal Door, current local competitor: Target Metal industries
4- Traffic Signs, current local competitor: Sigma Metal
5- Street lights structure: , current local competitor: Coastel Qatar
Please be informed that electricity here is cheaper than other countries: the tariff for industrial electricity is 0.13 Qatari Ryal, the electricity fees is a plus for any manufacturing business which consume a lot of electricity. Furthermore, some products (e.g. high volume or high weight) which is costly in shipping is cheaper to manufacture it locally. The local product should be cheaper than any foreign products.
Kindly submit your offer Lump sum for this advice, I don’t need a business plan or feasibility study, I need just a feedback which business will have most potential net profit. I want also to know how much roughly the local product will be cheaper than the foreign product
