Manage Recruitment/ Agency company and employees -- 2

My company is looking for an expert freelancer to help us with recruitment and employee management. We have between 1-10 employees, so our needs are on a smaller scale. The successful freelancer will be responsible for finding new recruits and ensure they are adequately trained for their positions. They will also handle employee relationships and ensure our company is running smoothly. We require someone who is detail-oriented and understands the importance of meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will also have excellent time management and organizational skills. Previous experience in recruitment and/or employee management is preferred, and the freelancer should be comfortable using various software programs.
