Looking for a COO to venture with Cyber Security Academy

We have recently started a Cyber Security Academy which includes a Bootcamp and an advanced portion. As a young growing business, we require someone who is able to intiate the CEO objectives from a leadership decision maker point of view. With a growing yet limited budget until kick off, we need someone who is familiar with the Cyber industry, who can create new connections, growing the success and footprint of our company.
