Jailhouse Catfe
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need a business plan for a non-profit application. I have done a thorough job explaining my vision, company description, marketing ideas, target market, products and services offered, personnel and mission in my draft business plan. I require assistance with the financial aspects of the business including but not limited to market research and analysis (as my industry is new to the US), bookkeeping, taxes, grant writing (after the business plan is finalized but keeping this in mind as an option for funds) and crowdfunding guidance. My mission for my non-profit is to end euthanasia for cats and raise awareness for the utilization of cats as emotional support animals. I am starting a cat cafe and will combine both a non-profit with a for profit businesses. I will have a shop where I will sell cat inspired clothing, accessories, artwork, home goods, and have a cafe (selling paninis/wraps/soups/pastries) and bar where I sell wine and beer. Down the road, I will also require assistance with a logo, website, and app development for food delivery services. But my primary concern for now is getting the business plan finalized to submit my application for 501 c(3) non-profit status in Florida. I am only looking for those who are experienced in working with putting together a non-profit business plan, can assist with the crowdfunding or other efforts to raise money, and provide financial and business guidance for my for profit and non-profit businesses. A portion of the proceeds from my for profit shop will go back to paying for food, vet and behavioral therapist bills for my non-profit. I need guidance with structuring this as well. I aspire to eventually franchise the for profit business and will require all franchisees to give a donation to our non-profit. This is my dream and I have poured my heart and soul into this, done extensive research on cat cafes throughout the world, and really want to bring people in who are team players and align with my mission. I am willing to pay for an expert in the field, however I will have extremely high expectations. I will share what I have created in my business plan thus far with whomever I hire for the project.
