Indonesian Logistics / Business Consultant

We’re a fasting-growing startup based in Austin, specializing in the design and manufacture of direct-to-consumer electric bikes. We have a few people on site but most of our team members are working remotely from various locations/countries.
Business is gaining momentum and we need a steady hand to support our expansion in Bali, Indonesia.
We are looking for someone who is based in Indonesia that can provide professional and expert business advice in managing our expansion and operations in the area.
What you will do:
1) Putting together a detailed plan for the business expansion in Indonesia.
2) Finding and starting long-term business relationships with freight/shipping forwarding companies/agent(s) in Indonesia.
3) Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of the CEO’s.
4) Performing marketing analysis and identifying areas where the business could generate more sales.
5) Manage tasks heavily focused on marketing, CS and e-commerce operations.
What you should have:
1) 3-5 years of relevant experience.
2) Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
3) Understands how to negotiate and get good deals with the best interest of the employer (price/quote negotiation).
4) Is seeking a long-term business relationship with a high degree of responsibility and equal incentives to do an outstanding job.
5) Has an understanding of start-up company operations.
6) Is punctual + a critical thinker.
7) Understands (and has experience with) material/product sourcing.
8) Access to reliable internet.
9) Experience with product inspection/quality control.
10) Experience in supply chain and logistics.
We are definitely looking for someone to work with long-term, so there will be a couple of assessments and interviews for us to get to know each other.
