GCC Restaurant Feasibility Study

Job ID: 40172140

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I need an experienced hospitality consultant to produce a comprehensive economic and operational feasibility study for a new restaurant-lounge concept in the GCC. The core objective is to determine financial viability, so your analysis should build a solid, investor-ready model that clarifies commercial attractiveness and risk.

The study must examine regional market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor positioning, but always tie those insights back to the bottom line—revenues, costs, margin sensitivities, and payback scenarios. The concept is aimed squarely at young professionals, so please spotlight their spending patterns, dining preferences, and lifestyle touchpoints when testing demand assumptions.

I will supply preliminary concept details and any data currently on hand; you will refine operating assumptions, benchmark costs, and translate everything into actionable recommendations on layout, service style, and pricing strategy.

Deliverables:
• Feasibility report (Word/PDF) with full market, operational, and financial analysis
• Executive slide deck distilling key findings, risks, sensitivities, and a clear go / no-go recommendation

Acceptance criteria will be a coherent narrative, transparent calculations (Excel preferred), and insights I can confidently present to investors and lenders. If you have completed similar GCC or hospitality projects, I would love to see brief examples alongside your proposal.
