Freight Brokerage Business Plan

I'd like to have a business plan created for the freight brokerage I'm starting. As lean as possible covering only the most important/accurate information. The name of the business is Supply Daddy Freight & Logistics. I don't have a lot of start up costs and I will not be borrowing any money so a lot of what goes into traditional plans, won't be necessary for me. My start up expenses area very short list and my start up capital is supported by my retirement pay from the US Army. This should be a very...skinny...business plan. I simply don't want to write it.
