Flower In A Box

I need an IA for an IB student. The project is complete the IA for a business called Flower in A Box (an on line flower store) that decided to open up a store in a city in Greece (Thessaloniki) Need someone who is familiar with what IB is and what an IA is all about. The e-shop exists and its www.flowerinabox.com. We need investment approach, break even etc.
