Financial planning for doing a juice business

my project describe if you obey the rules and regulation and prepare a financial planning before start a business then you smoothly running the business without any hesitation. These are the guidelines if follow these instruction then you easily start your business. The guidelines are given below :-
1- Before start a business estimate your budget and according to your budget spend money for start a business. According to my opinion your budget may be not more than 15 lac and not less than 10 lac.
2-select the area where you want to start your business means where your friends and relative are staying. Before starting a business took a basic idea about this place and spend some money around 10to 15 thousand rupees for dinner with your friend and relative and well known about your business area.
3-If you want to stay on rental basis in your freind and relative home then do a rent agreement with your friend and relative. spend around 5 lac rupees for home security and for rent give around 10 to 15 thousand rupees per month.
3-Follow the rules and regulation of your business area , before start your business meet the chairman and took permission for start your business, give some rupees to chairman around 2 lac rupees for start your business.
4- Interior decoration and external decoration of your store very important to attract customer , if you use hooding's , advertisement board , running hooding's,loan carpet in your store then public come to your store. For this you have to spend around 1 lac rupees.
5-purchase electronic equipment like air cooler ,wall fans, table fan , mixture grinder , lighting, piping, dustbin, utensil , furniture etc. for this you have to spend around 2 lac rupees.
6- For gst registration contact chartered accountant or gst registrar and give you gst tax for running business. for tax purpose you have to pay around 20k to 30k annually to chartard accountant or gst registraion office.
7- Appoint two to three service holder including cashier for working in your juice store , give remuneration around 20k to each staff means 60k monthly remuneration .
8-Open a nri account , saving or current account in public sector bank or private sector bank. for which you have to fix deposit around 1 lac rupees.
9-purchase fruits item from your known fruits supplier around Rs 50k.
10-Obey the rules and regulation of your business area and invite your friend , relative and neighbor to your inauguration of fruits juice store and give good behaviour and maintain decipline.
11- purchase multivitamin powder , milk powder, dry fruits around rupees 50k.
12- All type of health facility should be provided in your store , home service must given by your store. for which you have to spent 1.5k monthly for giving remuneration of Rs 10k each to two staff and for buy two electric byke or scooty .
