QSR Consultant Required for End-to-End Setup & Launch

Project Description:(Location Palghar, Maharashtra)

We are looking for an experienced QSR Consultant (Quick Service Restaurant) to assist us in setting up a new food brand from scratch. This is a freelance project-based role with complete ownership of planning and execution support across all critical phases of launch.

The consultant will work closely with the founder and branding partners to create a streamlined and scalable QSR model.

Scope of Work Includes (but not limited to):

* Market research & feasibility study (semi-urban setup)
* Concept finalization & positioning strategy
* Budget planning and cost control
* Location strategy & venue shortlisting
* Menu curation support with Indian + global fusion angle
* Kitchen layout design & equipment recommendation
* Vendor and supplier sourcing (raw materials, packaging, etc.)
* SOP development for kitchen, service, and hygiene operations
* Staff hiring, onboarding, and training plan
* Packaging & service flow design (including takeaway focus)
* Setup coordination and soft launch strategy
* Trial management & feedback implementation
* Post-launch performance monitoring & process improvements

Location:

Palghar or Boisar, Maharashtra
(On-site involvement preferred during key stages)

Timeline:

Immediate start | Target launch within 30–45 days

Ideal Profile:

* Prior experience in launching or scaling QSR brands
* Knowledge of FSSAI compliance, semi-urban consumer habits
* Strong vendor network (equipment, staff, logistics)
* Hands-on, proactive, and creative problem-solver
