Expedited Strategic Market Positioning
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I’m seeking a skilled partnership development specialiast and writer to help create a high level action plan for a Partnership Development Strategy for a not for profit mental health service. This will form part of a larger Financial Sustainability Plan.
I need someone who can create a high level and fairly generic set of action steps to complete in developing partnerships with:
1. Community members who use the mental health service
2. New customers (local businesses) that service would like to sell mental health training to
3. Other community service providers
4. Funders.
The action plan can be relatively high level, we can then fill in specific details with detailed local information.
I have a bunch of templates and partly completed work, but it needs to be knocked into shape.
See document attached, which shows how the Partnership Development strategy fits into the broader plan (Table one page 1) and then a high level summary Partnership Development Strategy (which needs work) AND an example Action Plan that I need developed for each stakeholder group.
I really just need the high level steps for each group.

- Experience in strategic planning and partnership development.
- Ability to deliver results in a timely manner.
