Expansion Plan for OR Capacity
Budget: £20 – £100 GBP
I require a strategic project plan outlining the expansion of our hospital operating rooms. The main purposes of this expansion are:
- Increase in surgical capacity
- Improvement of patient flow
This project involves the addition of 4 extra operating rooms. These spaces will be generally exclusive for specialized dental and Maxillofacial surgeries, thus an understanding of the design and needs of such ORs would benefit the planning. We have furniture of 2 operating room available. Minimum staff will be needed after expansion. 2 Anesthesia consultant, 3 anaesthesia registrar and 10 nurses.
Skills and experience ideal for this job will include project management in healthcare settings, knowledge in hospital operations, and preferably, expertise specific to surgical or operating room environments.
