Executive Summary / Business Plan

As an acquisition company we are preparing ourselves for investors and different partners to team up with. As we are restructuring everything and bulilding up a new foundation for our venture, we are currently in the phase of setting up the strategy. First of all we need an Executive Summary (in German & English) to start with. The Executive Summary exists and is finished, but: I (the principal) am not really happy with the end result, something more crystal clear is missing and also it needs to be transformed into the language of the financial institutions (banks, PE Fonds etc.). So the financial language part needs to be edited / adjusted in the existing text/executive summary.

The existing Executive Summary is more like a Business Plan but it needs to be compressed to 2-3 pages at max. The financial part is not ready yet, thats why it is not done yet.

What needs to be improved:
- the language, more crystal clear and simple and in the bankers language
- positive yet realistic formulations
- overall structure (missing points?)

What is really needed is just the improvement of the existing text for the moment. It will be the foundation for the upcoming businessplan and the final executive summary version, after the business plan is completed.

Please keep in mind as already the most part is existing, this is a micro project, so the max. offers we take into consideration will be everything under 70.- EUR.
