Electric Vehicle Business Plan

If possible, would prefer someone from electric auto vehicles industry. The job would entail conducting research within the Indian EV landscape especially two wheeler and preparing a model for 3 years sales/revenue, cash flows etc.
Will be divided in two parts 1. INR 30K for research 2. INR 15K for Financial Tables.
