Development of marketing plan , Data Analysis & Presentation for my online business

I need an individual who can develop a marketing plan for my new online business , The person should be capable of doing data analysis using excel and making the marketing plan in a form of presentation using power point. This individual should be well-versed with ratio analysis which I require for my current business venture.
