Develop a business plan for me and concept development

Hello, i am Rawdha and my interest in film has started a couple of years ago when i made the decision to buy my first film camera and start shooting. My love for it grow bigger and when it came time to develop the film i found none in my area that could develop it as all the photography studios have let go of developing and i found one in an area far away from me but i prefered extra privacy and wanted it to be done by females... That option was not available therefore i want to make it available in my area as its the preference of the population in my area.
