I plan to build a portal which offer nurses and part time caretaker to pick up part time job when there is a need for Locum by patients or family member. This portal is accessible by nurses/caretaker and patient/family members. There will be various type of job assignment covering by hours, day contract or by monthly contract. (Further details of the jobs will be given to serious bidder only).
I need a freelancer to produce a 45 pages Business Analysis of the Portal project which include Executive Summary, potential of the market, future growth of the platform, competition, suggestion of a Unique Selling Point, Risk, SWOT, legal aspect and other content (I will provide full requirements to serious bidder).
Bidder with EXPERIENCED in Business Plan development are welcome to bid. Sample of work maybe requested. Bidder who has experience in medical, related business analysis OR part time/gig economy/e-hailing kind of business plan are welcome to bid.
I will see the quality of the bidder's work by understanding of the project via production of Executive Summary of the project. The Executive Summary must be minimum of 3-5 pages. The Project Executive Summary offer is USD$50.
IF I find the bidder has full understanding of my project AND the Executive Summary is FAVORABLE, the full project to produce the entire 40 pages Business Plan will be awarded to the bidder which I will offer additional US$250.
Milestone and Deadline of the project is:-
- Executive Summary (5 pages) - 3 days. ($50)
- Full Business Plan (45 pages) - 7 days. ($250)

Total days (10 days).
