Shamma is one of the entrepreneurs who decided to open her own business, selling perfumes with natural scents. She has requested your assistance, as a management expert, in creating the organizational structure for her business.
Write a report including the following:
1- List and explain the six key elements in designing an organization's structure for Shamma.
2- Draw the organizational structure, showing five different departments that you think are essential for running her business, considering that there are 40 employees, five managers, and one CEO. Specify which type of organizational structure you have chosen for her business and explain why.
3- How has the UAE supported young Emiratis in developing their entrepreneurial skills and starting their own businesses? Answer the following:
· Mention and explain at least 3 ways the UAE support young entrepreneurs.
· Write the benefits and advantages that entrepreneurs can gain, as well as the reasons for the risks they may encounter.
The report should be no less than 1300 Words.
o Font: 12-point Dubai / Calibri; single line spacing; at least 2 cm margins.
o Use numbered/alphabetized headings to separate each section.
The report should be written only in a question and-answer format.
Do not write it as a paragraph or in research style (with introduction, objectives, or references).
