I am looking for a specialist to draft a full Business Plan
Concise – Specific – No Verbosity – No canned text
Describe clearly and concisely the service idea
SWOT
Estimate feasible sales goals (conservative, average and best scenario)
Forecasts: cash flow, sales, costs, investor ROI forecast, investor cash-off timelines, etc.
Projection of yearly future profit and loss
Power Point presentation with Business Plan highlights
Everything must have a business look/design
Images, graphics to facilitate understanding
Beautiful design
Basically, I share with you the description of the product or service and you build the Business plan. Need to do market research to estimate sales, forecasts, estimated salaries for the employees, etc. The newco will be based in Portugal. If you have the specialist skills for this project and speak Portuguese (this will be checked) you will be looked favourably. Future employment may be considered in the future, it depends of course if the project advances to the operational step.
The Business Plan must be in English.
