Create a professional business plan for our online retail startup

We have been building a retail business from scratch for the past 6 months and are now at the point where we want to engage in funding allocation. To effectively do this, we need a solid business plan. Please understand that we are looking to hire someone with expertise, not just buy a template that someone has filled out like a mad libs page. We are very serious about this and do NOT want to waste our time with someone who isn't going to put a genuine effort into this project.
