Create a business plan for online payment system
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
to prepare a Business plan for an online payment escro system - the business plan should contain the basic elements of a reasonable BP including some graphics illustrating potential expenses growth etc
needs understanding of the expenses and challenges (technological, bureaucratic - licensing, and marketing) involved in starting curating and growing such a business
I will provide materiels that are a basis to build on
the final document should be engaging but also serious and convincing
once the project is awarded more details of the system will be posted on the understanding that these are not to be revealed under NDA
after my first good experience with freelancer i am looking forward to collaborating with freelancer on this project
i am giving it 4 days starting this sunday / monday - just to enable reaction time of both sides without the pressure of a 24 hour deadline which can be intense for both parties - i do not anticipate that the freelancer will be working on this 24 * 5 though he is welcome to :-) - if the project gains traction this may require a more thoroughly researched and highly detailed and technical document
