I am looking at buying a food manufacturing business in Sydney and I am looking at getting a business plan to understand the entire business including:
swot analysis
competitor analysis
Operations and Management Plan
Financial Factors (I have the asset register and the past 3 years of p&l's)- will provide upon acceptance of job together with providing the business name.
This business producers- dips (Wild Rocket & Basil Pesto • Roasted Capsicum Pesto • Simply Vegan Pesto • Semi Dried Tomato Pesto together with tapioca puddings) they are also looking at launching two new products- mango coconut yoghurt and passionfruit coconut yoghurt.
The main key selling points for the business are: only the freshest local ingredients, gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly (most of the products).
I will provide the business name upon acceptance of the job (also I will send financials and asset register)
