Create an agency for project management

Hello,
I am looking for experts who can help me define Business and Marketing strategy (including social media) for new agency in the field of Project management.
I currently work as a freelancer with a lot of experience in this field and I would like to make next step and create own agency.
Company and administration around is ready, website is in redesign process, social media and marketing, client acquisition, target group and clear business model doesnt exist yet.
