Create a Business Plan

I am looking for someone to create a marketing plan for my business that meets my specific objectives. I do not already have a plan in place and am open to ideas and suggestions presented by the freelancer. I am aiming to create a comprehensive plan to assist with pricing structure, business structure, software recommendations for tracking, and ultimately increasing profits and improving customer satisfaction.
