HR Consultant for Short-term Project

I'm seeking an HR consultant to assist my company in several key areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, particularly in the following areas:

- Recruitment and hiring: This will involve crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and coordinating the onboarding process.
- Employee training and development: The selected consultant will be responsible for assessing our current training programs and identifying areas for improvement. They will also be expected to develop new training initiatives that align with our business goals.
- Performance management: The HR consultant will support us in optimizing our performance management processes. This includes setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance appraisals.
- Incentive management: Experience in designing incentive schemes that are both motivating and aligned with business objectives is a must.

I'm looking for a consultant who can work with us both on-site and remotely as needed. The project is short-term, but there is potential for additional projects in the future. Experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills are essential.
